Dance Moves
Are you a dancer at heart and ready to turn it up a notch? Dance Moves is for you! This class will leave you singing long after you’ve worked up a sweat. Feel the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of moving your body to the music. Everyone from beginner to advanced has a chance to dance!
Just Moves
This open level class is based on walking in place with easy dance moves sprinkled in. Not all movement needs an end goal. We believe moving your body with joy and staying present can be healing, beneficial, and on some days - exactly what you need!
